Schwalbe Trans Alp

Tomorrow Trans Alp will start with the first stage. To previous years this will be different. I will be riding Trans Alp on the road as a training in the lead up to the Olympics. My riding partner will be my team mate Carsten Bresser and I am looking very much forward to 7 days of riding in and over the Alps. I hope the weather will be sunny and warm. It will make the stages easier, but we are also well equipped if it is raining.
The start is in Germany, in Mittenwald. Our journey continues to Austria from where we cross the border to Italy. In one week on Saturday, 30.6, we are supposed to arrive in Arco, by lake Garda.
So one week of a lot of climbing and nice scenery ahead of us, fun!
