Trans Germany, stage 1

I am finished. Try to ride your bike and compete when you have problems with your stomach. You have diarrea and the legs are feeling empty. You hardly can ride up the mountains. On the flat parts you can’t keep the wheel of the rider in front of you. You hate all the tiny bumps where you have to push your pedals, because the muscles in your legs are not there anymore. You know you have to stick to the rider in front of you, because otherwise you are out there alone. Today was my worst day ever on my bike. I have tried to eat some rice. Chewing those tiny rice corns and forcing myself to swallow them. Think I had about 5 table spoons of rice by now.  Shit, I have to eat, but i can’t. Well, I just try to sleep and maybe after waking up I am feeling all fine….positive thinking.. So, not a really nice start of TG, but that´s sports. Tomorrow is a new day.
