Chrono Champenois

To ride a timetrial after a stage race is not so easy. I was so tired when I woke up this morning. The 700km long transfer from Ardeche to Reims was also not the best way to get ready for a race.
I went out on the course giving all I had, but my legs were not responding in the way I wanted to, but it was a good rehearsal before the World Championships in 9 days. I lost my concentratione a couple of times. That shall not happen in Copenhagen.
I will now need some rest. There is not much I can do about my shape anymore. Will be exciting to be at a road worlds after so many years of absence.
